Icon -> Exercise Tracking -> Frequency
0.5 mi: Crash
1.0 mi: Normal
1.5 mi: Crash
All remaining options are normal. It's just the frequencies noting the half mile that cause the app to crash.
Best AnswerHello @mdcbk and a warm welcome. This bug appeared with an iOS app update. It is an app issue, not a Charge 2 issue. Fitbit has been made aware of the bug.

Best AnswerIf I select 0.5 or 1.5 mile distance cues the app crashes every time. I am able to select any other distance without a problem.
Uninstalled the app, downloaded it again from Apple App Store. Re-paired my Charge 3. Did not help.
Reset & restarted the Charge 3. Did not help. Select any value with a 0.5 mile increment and the app crashes.

Best AnswerThe update fixed the 0.5 issue. It still will not show time in heart rate zones after a workout using the app. iPhone X running the latest IOS version.
Thanks
