This seems to be a known issue carried over from 3.2.1

iPhone XS w/ iOS 12.4
FitBit 3.3.1 (857)
Charge 3: 20001.63.5
Logged out & logged in
Icon -> Exercise Tracking -> Frequency
0.5 mi: Crash
1.0 mi: Normal
1.5 mi: Crash
All remaining options are normal. It's just the frequencies noting the half mile that cause the app to crash.

Apple has no incentive to be helpful here.
Sound to me like unfair business practice.

Hello @mdcbk and a warm welcome. This bug appeared with an iOS app update. It is an app issue, not a Charge 2 issue. Fitbit has been made aware of the bug.

If I select 0.5 or 1.5 mile distance cues the app crashes every time. I am able to select any other distance without a problem.
Uninstalled the app, downloaded it again from Apple App Store. Re-paired my Charge 3. Did not help.
Reset & restarted the Charge 3. Did not help. Select any value with a 0.5 mile increment and the app crashes.

I upgraded to version 3.4 of the Fitbit App which came out this morning and it fixes this problem. I can now select the 0.5 and 1.5 mile voice cue frequency without problem. Thanks!

The update fixed the 0.5 issue. It still will not show time in heart rate zones after a workout using the app. iPhone X running the latest IOS version.
Thanks
