Great Apple - we like FITBIT - not the Apple Watch....

This seems to be a known issue carried over from 3.2.1

iPhone XS w/ iOS 12.4
FitBit 3.3.1 (857)
Charge 3: 20001.63.5
Logged out & logged in
Icon -> Exercise Tracking -> Frequency
0.5 mi: Crash
1.0 mi: Normal
1.5 mi: Crash
All remaining options are normal. It's just the frequencies noting the half mile that cause the app to crash.

Apple has no incentive to be helpful here.
Sound to me like unfair business practice.

Hello @mdcbk and a warm welcome. This bug appeared with an iOS app update. It is an app issue, not a Charge 2 issue. Fitbit has been made aware of the bug.

If I select 0.5 or 1.5 mile distance cues the app crashes every time. I am able to select any other distance without a problem.
Uninstalled the app, downloaded it again from Apple App Store. Re-paired my Charge 3. Did not help.
Reset & restarted the Charge 3. Did not help. Select any value with a 0.5 mile increment and the app crashes.

I upgraded to version 3.4 of the Fitbit App which came out this morning and it fixes this problem. I can now select the 0.5 and 1.5 mile voice cue frequency without problem. Thanks!

Hi @DF., @MrsAlf2013, @kcrisp51 and @MacManJ. It's always great to see you here!
Thanks to all of you for updating the Fitbit app, as well for your patience. I'm glad that you're able to edit your cues correctly! Keep up the super stepping!
@MacManJ, about your other inquiry, our team is aware that the heart rate isn't appearing when syncing the workouts recorded by your Charge 3. They're currently working on this situation to bring a resolution as soon as possible. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
See you around!
