Hi everyone, and welcome to the new members.
Thanks for trying the steps suggested before. I'm glad the Fitbit app is showing the right data for some of you, and appreciate your efforts.
For the ones experiencing this issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your iOS devices. Then reboot your phone and sync to check if your stats are displayed correctly. Please note that the data already synced on your account will remain there.
Hi, after following the suggestion to delete the app and reinstall, and the reboot phone, all my historical data has gone. Is it retrievable?
Best AnswerWhy are Fitbit continually advising users to uninstall and then reinstall the app when dozens of users have confirmed this does not work. Support here is appalling!
Well it did actually work to restore my steps graph and goal setting, but lost all my data… On a different thread, the suggestion was to log out before deleting the app, but I didn’t see that suggestion until it was too late.

Hi there, @PG67, @Jokeyjo and @dave360.
Thanks for the additional information, and your efforts while working on this matter. It was suggested to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app as this worked for other members, I'm sorry this wasn't your case. As I mentioned before, our team is aware of this situation and they're currently working to get it resolved.
I'll make sure to update this thread as soon as I receive more details.

Hi everyone.
Thank you for your patience and continued efforts. I'd like to share with you that our team released a new version of the Fitbit app. Because it's slowly rolling-out to all our members, I'd suggest to install it as soon as you see it available in the App store and check if your historical data is displayed correctly afterward.
I'm keeping our team informed of this situation, so please keep me posted on the outcome.
This finally worked. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, @PaulWannaFit and @Coco42.
@PaulWannaFit I'm happy this got sorted out, and thanks for the update. Have a good one!
@Coco42 Thanks for joining this thread and even though you've the latest version, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Then, reboot your phone and try checking if your historical data is displayed correctly.
Dear LizzyFitbit. Meanwhile it has been a month and it seems like nothing has happened. I just now have become aware of this problem of the history of my steps not displaying. In addition, my sleep goal has vanished. Going to the goal settings, I get "Something went wrong - unable to load your goals" with a little i next to it which does exactly nothing, and "see all" gives me the familiar blank screen. Oh, and "Hourly activity" is grayed out as well. I am on version 4.45 and have no intention on losing all my data since 2017, so I will NOT delete the app. Since I do not see an "uninstall" command anywhere, I need your advice. Thanks.
I had a problem with data not showing.
Sections on the app had gone blank
Data from only a few days ago not showing
I removed the app and reinstalled the latest version
Some problems were fixed
Some were not
Exercise Days intermittently shows all the exercise days in a week and then sometimes days at the beginning of the week disappear
Best AnswerWhen you removed the all, did your data disappear? If the website where I could see my data still worked then I wouldn’t be concerned. But since that website does not work, I’m concerned that removing the app will erase all my data for the past few years.
