Same thing happened to me right after the update. Restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app but still not working.
Same for me and nothing is working!
I have tried three times no luck
Me too! Hope this gets fixed soon!!
Hey Nancy! I am also having the same issue! It looks like Fitbit chat/customer service is down as well! I originally was thinking it was just my phone, but I think it’s an overall issue! Hence why I was going to chat with someone, unfortunately no luck there. I have force closed, restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and no fix that way. So, hopefully it will be fixed up soon!
That doesn't work for me. It crashes as soon as I turn on data or wi-fi.

Best AnswerThis is frustrating. Updated iphone software this morning and now the app will not function. Like others, I have tried the usual steps but with no luck. Is it too much to hope that anyone at Fitbit reads these threads?
Likewise! Tried all the posted tricks from Bluetooth to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. App still crashes upon opening.
Best AnswerI'm having problems with the iOS app also. The problem seems persistent. I tried the tablet reboot thing, and that seemed to help. But I don't really trust that's a permanent solution, so I switched to my phone which is an android. No problems there.
I am having the exact same problem. Did all that's mentioned above - power off phone, delete app, reinstall app, you name it!
