Same. Have tried every troubleshoot I can find and nothing has worked. iOS did an update yesterday and I’m wondering if that caused an issue. My husband did not do the update and his app has no issues.

I am so over Fitbit. This might be enough for me to just get an Apple Watch after all these years of having a Fitbit. It’s sad.

Me three! Good to know that it seems to be a system-wide thing.

I am using the charge for with version 3.76 of the iOS application. I am having the same issue as all of you. I am hoping that sometime soon on the servers, which apparently are off-line will return. A recent feature suggestion pleaded with Fitbit/Google to notify users by way of email and notices within the community when this type of issue occurs. Apparently they are not listening. This appears to be related to the new one better experience that Fitbit/Google has been promising. For what it is worth I am in the United States and have no idea what other countries might be affected. How can a company like Google, knowing that this transition is occurring Have so many system outages and be unable to predict service interruptions, and let Fitbit users know what to expect. Even the federal government who provides barred the free books for reading, disabled and blind users, notify their users of upcoming outages, and provide a time frame for when service will be Reinstated.

Fit bit did not log my sleep last night and is constantly crashing this morning, this does seem to be a common problem today...very disappointing as I'm into my fourth day, beginning to wish I'd bought an apple watch 😞
Same problem 😦

Glad to know I’m not the only one. I’m having the same issues and uninstalled and still doesn’t work. Hopefully it gets resolved soon

Same problem here. I tried powering my phone off; reinstalling the app, etc. It immediately crashes as soon as I open it.
Other people on this thread talk about using airplane mode to get the app stable. That doesn't work for me. It still crashes.

Same for me. I tried everything. Also Fitbit customer service is neither answering calls nor responding on live chat. Must be affecting everyone.
