i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Happening to me too. App opened this morning once then couldn’t get it to open after that, it just kept flashing. Followed all the suggestions. Turned Bluetooth off, turned phone off and back on and still no help. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not help.
The app will work sporadically now since this morning. Sometimes it opens and is there for about 5 seconds and closes and sometimes it just opens and quickly closes.
I find that if I open it enough times, it will finally stay open. It might take 5 tries, maybe 20 or more, but I can eventually get it. However, if the phone goes to sleep, it starts the cycle over again.
I'm just happy to see that it's a system wide problem with the app after the update. Fitbit will eventually fix it, they often have problems when they roll out and update --- I don't think they do a very thorough job of beta testing.
There seems to be a short term fix until Fitbit sort their shizzle out. This worked on iPhone XR with latest iOS 16.3.1 running:
1. Swipe down on Home Screen and switch wifi and mobile network icons off (not Bluetooth)
2. Swipe up to go back to Home Screen
3. Open Fitbit app
4. Swipe down again (DO NOT close the app or come off of the app screen)
5. Switch Wifi and mobile networks back on and swipe up to go back to app
6. Sync Fitbit as usual
You should be able to use app normally now. But only until you come away from the app in anyway - and then you have to go through the process again. But at least your synced and can check in through the day

Same happening for me. Tried restarting phone and reinstalling app multiple times. I'm considering getting an apple watch if this isn't resolved soon as I need the data for my workplace incentive program.

Best AnswerSame issue here. When i try to open the app on my phone, it just disappears. I deleted the app and was going to reinstall it, but I don't know where to go to get it. When I check my Dashboard on my laptop, I get an error message, internal server error, please try again later.
