Flex 2 not pairing

Flex 2 won't pair to iPhone 6, any suggestions

Hi

did you happen to find a resolve for the flex 2 not connecting to be set up.  I have tried for hours and hours with my mums and it will not connect 😞 

just wonderring what they suggested. I’ve also tried the three press reset but doesn’t do either.  Thank you 😊

In my case I was moving my Fitbit from one phone to another. I had to disconnect the Bluetooth connection from my phone first and then connect with the second.  My phone was holding it hostage 🙂. All transferred successfully.  Good luck!

No sorry, I never could get the Flex2 to pair with the phone. Weirdly, we also have a tablet with a cell connection and I was able to pair it with that device. So we've been using that connection.

After my iOS is updated to 13.4 two days ago, flex 2 does not pair. I tried to refresh my Bluetooth and it does not connect to flex 2. Please help.  Thanks!

@JuanFitbit My fitbit Flex2 is not syncing. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, Deleted my device and not I am trying to re-add it. However, now it will not connect. The app says it has found my tracker but is just spins and does not connect to the tracker. I am at a loss as what to do next. What can I do now?

Hello All,

 

After a few hours playing with my Fitbit Flex 2, I finally managed to pair it.

 

This is how I did it. 

 

1. Unpair your flex from your phone

2. Reset your Flex 2

3. Switch off ALL your Bluetooth devices

4. Install the Fitbit app on your phone and log in

5. Install the Fitbit app and log in

6. Switch your Bluetooth on your Laptop only, and start pairing the Flex 2 with your laptop, will take some time, like 2-3 minutes to pair but be patient and follow the steps. (I used my Windows laptop)

 

Works perfectly

I just went through this same experience last week when setting up a backup flex 2 to replace my original one that couldn't hold a charge any longer. Nothing worked until I found out there was a Windows 10 app for Fitbit on the Microsoft store for my computer. After trying to connect 20 different times with my phone and a few tries using my tablet and following the tips here, connecting it through my laptop was the only thing that worked.
