Afraid not - did once then reoccurred & now just doesn’t work - I and others have tried many times!

I've reinstalled the app, removed the bluetooth device, as suggested in this thread.... multiple times... and nothing worked. I may as well be wearing a cheap pedometer for all the use it is.
I also contacted customer services via chat and they told me that my device was out of warranty (it's a replacement device because my old one stopped working just after getting it), so they couldn't help me. Completely rude and unhelpful, since I clearly explained that the issue was with the iOS application itself and not the device.

Well that’s my Charge 3 misbehaving again . I’ve had to re-sync it twice in the last day and a half.
Thankfully my Charge 2 is still doing as it should.

My charge 3 is still not working correctly. got a case number back on april 15, on 5/8 I called (because I had not heard back from anyone) and was told problem still not fixed. Time to look for a new tracker and I can assure you it won't be a Fitibit. I had a charge 2 and shortly after the charge 3 was introduced my charge 2 started having problems. Fast forward...I have a charge 3 and shortly after the charge 4 was introduced I started having problem. Is this the marketing/manufacturing strategy to get people to buy the new version . Sad thing is, when my Fitbit is working properly I love it.

Tried everything I could find for fixing the syncing and nothing has worked. Mine is synced to my iPad and my phone and both are saying device not found. Help this is very frustrating,

I am having the same problem since an I phone update last Thursday. Using all of the ideas noted here I finally got it to sync on Saturday then it went off again. Just now I finally got it back again but sleep feature has disappeared. I am about to give up.

Thought this resolved the problem and it did for 4 hours. Now I am getting “no device found.” Is there ANYBODY at Fitbit who knows how to handle tech issues with Charge 3? Anybody? Anybody? So frustrating 😡

I have an iPhone SE and a charge 3.
What I did was to delete the fitbit app WITHOUT first getting that app to forget the charge 3. Also I did NOT go to the bluetooth settings on my phone and forget the charge 3
When I reloaded the app from the app store it recognised my charge 3 and synced.
That was on Saturday evening 16th May. It is now Tuesday morning 19th May and my fitbit has synced flawlessly ever since.
That's all I can tell you.
It seems that this may not be working for everyone (or maybe even for most people) but so far (fingers crossed) it has worked for me.
Good Luck everyone!

This is not working for me as my Versa is not showing in my connected device and when I try to sync it says ‘No device found’
The only way I have managed to sync it is to put it on charge wait until it gets to 100% then turn off my phone and restart it. However after this I am constantly losing time last night I synced my Versa at 9.30 by 7 am this morning my Versa had lost roughly 3 hours over night. My phone is turned on and beside my bed the whole night!! How is this correct as at the moment I can’t even use it as a watch!!!

I had issues on both iPad and iPhone after the latest download. I followed the instructions On here which seemed to work on iPhone but not iPad but now I have lost the sleep patterns and step count. It is just showing calories used on the iPhone.

The workaround does not work. The activity display is blank since the latest update. I have a Charge 2 and am running iOS 13.4.1 on a 128GB iPhone XR. Come on FirBit sort it our or should I get a tracker that works like an Apple Watch. Don’t you regression test your updates ?? Shameful
