Best AnswerThank you. This worked for me as well.
Best AnswerSame here and I took very frustrated!
Best AnswerFitbit told me that I would need to keep checking the AppStore to see when a new release of the Fitbit app becomes available....The current (defective) release is v 3.20.1 so I guess to overcome the problem we need to upload whichever version supersedes that one!
Don't hold your breath!

Best AnswerI deleted the app and Fitbit reconnected for a while but then went off again! Done this sever times now and really fed up!
It’s not recognising exercise, not tracking hourly reminders to move or allowing messages to come through. All since this last update....grrrrr
I have the same issues but it’s good to know they are aware of it. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon 🤞🤞🤞
Best AnswerWill Fitbit please give us an estimated release date for the fix?
if I cd have a redo, I would only update one device each time there’s an Apple update until I have time to check for any negative impact. That way your other device can still synch your data. Too late for me, but I recommend that for anyone who hasn’t yet downloaded the latest version to just do one device. I intend to do that in the future.
The whole thing seems unfair to App developers who have to work overtime every time Apple decides to do an update. Oh well, hope there’s an update soon, because I don’t want to lose all my stats.

Best AnswerHi Shane, does that mean that you will lose all data and history tracking?
