We've aware of an issue when entering a custom food, total calories are dictated by whatever the number is for "Calories from fat". If you have 0 calories from fat, you will see 0 Calories.
We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Cool. At least we know it is when using one of the 4 versions of the app.
I'm seeing this reported all over the board, but not once has anyone mentioned if they are using the iOS, Android, or windows app or if it is the same when using the web?
Most claim they are adding food through their Fitbit tracker.

Best AnswerWhen I add in a custom item it saves it as being 0 calories even when I put in the correct amount.
I have an iPhone and a charge 2 if that matters. Has anyone had this issue and been able to solve? I’ve read online to restart your phone but that didn’t help me.
This has been so frustrating, also lost the decimal point on my key board. Everything I enter goes to zero, . Never had this problem before just since the latest update
Best AnswerI have the same problem , missing decimal point, calories not entering at all. I have deleted the app, etc, nothing helped, this problem just started with the recent update.
Best AnswerI am having the same problem too. You can do it through the Fitbit dashboard via an internet log in which I have had to do before when I’ve had this same problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Best AnswerI’ve entered all of the information to create a custom food and clicked save, but the information I entered is not saving. This is weird because I have done this before but it does not seem to be working today. Help please.

Best AnswerI am using my iPhone it is not working on my iPad either
Best AnswerI hear you. There is a spot that you can add in calories if you still want to track the calories for the day. I stumbled across it while trying to edit the calories on my item.
