I’ve done an update on Fitbit app and since then my watch refuses to sync with my iPhone. I have completely removed the app and started from
Scratch and it’s still not working - any ideas ???? Only started happening when I was asked to install new update last week!!! I’m on iPhone

I’ve been having this same issue and after following the steps above, the problem continues.

Same issue, no sync, no Wi-Fi connection. Detached all blue tooth attachments, restarted watch 6 or 7 times.

So glad it’s not just me. I noticed earlier my fit bit is not showing usually notifications and alerts. I went on the app to see it hadn’t synced for 24hours. I tried all the above and actually got it to receive text etc for a brief time. Then not an hour later I’m back to square one! I’ve tried restarting the thing, cancelling all settings etc. Etc. Nothing! Why all of a sudden has everything stopped working today??

Same issue here. Stopped syncing, the message prompts saying that the device can't be found. Every one hour passed by the clock will be slower for 1 min. Which means, if you are lucky that it synced once before you go to sleep, you got a chance that the next morning the watch will be late for 5~10 minutes. Which is long enough to cause you missing a lot of things.
Currently the sync recovers by chance, sometimes it will sync suddenly, sometimes not, no cluses.
