Fitbit Update 08/14/2017: Everyone -- Several iOS users have reported receiving the FBBluetoothErrorDomain error 18 when attempting to update their trackers on the latest version of the Fitbit app for iOS, version 2.39. Our team is currently aware of this issue and working on a fix for this. I appreciate you taking the time to report this issue.
As @Rich_Laue asked here, can someone please share a screenshot of the error message as well as letting me know the following details:
- What is your Fitbit app version (account > help)?
- What version of iOS are you on?
- Have you tried what worked for @ReneRobles and continue to hit the try again button?
I will pass this information along to our Product Specialist who will provide me with an update and I will make sure to convey that to you all. Thanks again for your reports. More information coming soon!

My app updated 10-1-207. Haven't used my blaze since beginning of year because of numerous issues with updates. Attempted to sync and update again today but still getting error 18. Any other recommendations? I'm just about ready to give up on this device!

Problem still exists Oct 5 .. when will this be resolved? This makes the product useless if we cannot sync.

MY Fitbit charge still gives me the error domain 18. I am unable to sync or do anything at all with it since this error came up. My app is the 2.41 version.

Same problem. I've updated everything but it hasn't resolved the issue. I can't even tell the time with it let alone use it as a fitness tracker! Are we any closer to fixing this?
