This is really unacceptable!

It has now been over a week and still no updates. The sleeping heart rate graphic is pretty much the only reason I subscribe to premium so you guys better offer a refund or fix this today. Very disappointed user.

Juan: I am running IOS 14.4.2 on an iPhone 8. The sleeping heart rate/restoration graph went blank for me on April 2. All the previous graphs I was able to see for the past several months are also blank now. I see the same thing as the screenshot from Pvey. The same thing happened last fall, and it took Fitbit more than a month, maybe two months, to fix it. Hope the team figures out the fix sooner this time. Dianne B.

Agree with Dr_Diane. Difficult to accept that the same Fitbit programming error which occurred in Aug/Sep 20 has occurred again. Also interesting that it seems to have likely impacted the same Fitbit premium clients. Not my husband‘s nor my sister’s Fitbit, but yes! Me again! Indeed, Unsatisfactory from Fitbit. What is going on? Kate.

Yes, same issue as last fall and Fitbit should have been prepared. Affecting Premium customers again. I restarted Fitbit today. Did not fix the situation. I deleted the app and then uploaded it again. No effect. So stuck in limbo waiting for the "team" to fix it. Dr. Dianne

I have found this issues prevents me from generating the Wellness Report too - which is one of the primary reasons I have Premium

Hello BarBb61, yes very frustrating indeed. Given Fitbit programmed this error last Spring (Australia) extremely disappointing they’ve repeated the error again in our Autumn. Same problem and many of the same users impacted? Why is that? I was originally informed by Fitbit that test system changes were sent our randomly to Fitbit users around the world - extremely odd that the some of the same random users are now experiencing the same system failure. This is not an answer. It solved nothing.

Yes, nothing solved yet. Fitbit needs to do that. I find it helpful to know that this is affecting other Fitbit premium subscribers with iPhones. Not just me. Also helpful to know that some of the same people (including me) with this problem last fall are experiencing it again. Also helpful to know what other Fitbit users have tried to fix this on their own. But, nothing suggested works so far. So, will continue to read this thread and hope that Fitbit fixes it asap.  In the fall, it took a month or two to fix this issue. DB

As of 4/6/21 I am also experiencing the problem described by many others here:

The Restoration score is calculated, but the graph is not populated.

EXCEPTION: If I go to sleep after midnight, the graph is populated.

Versions: iPhone 11 Pro Max 14.4.2, Fitbit 3.40.1 (1043).

Suggestion: When Premium services are disrupted, please add the missed days to the end of the subscription. I would really appreciate it.

I have had the issue on my iPad, ios 14.4.2, for the past two days. It is identical to issue 37156148, reported last August.

Since last Wed I have not had any restoration graph.  The data is there as the hours I sleep is graphed in my heart rate data. I have an IOS 14.4.2 the fitbit app is 3.40.1 which was updated last week.  There are threads from 2020 noted that fitbit was aware of the bug it stopped and then for some just started again. Maybe someone should make sure this is part of regression testing before releasing bugs.  I have logged out and in again.  Anyone else have this issue?

Sleeping heart rate not tracked Last night I have made no changes so I don’t understand why the heart rate was not recorded under the restoration section of sleep data. The heart rate is recorded elsewhere.

This issue looks like it’s back: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Premium-Coach/Sleep-Restoration-Heart-Rate-graph-is-blank-on-...

The graph display HR data during sleep is blank. There is a sleep score. There is also a HR display when you view through resting HR. I have a premium subscription.

OMG yes, I never realised that. I thought the problem was resolved as the graph came back but then it disappeared again. Looking back at the time I went to sleep it’s definitely time affected. Before midnight = no graph. After midnight = graph 🤔

This issue started happening with my Fitbit on April 1st. Having no heart rate data during sleep is no joke! I also have a premium subscription. There's been no recent iOS update, so there really shouldn't be any problems with the Fitbit app right now.

I'm having the same problem.
