Same issue. I have updated IOS13 and cannot receive notifications for texts or via messenger. I have unconnected. Reconnected. Turned the phone off and one. Notifications come through for calls. It is very aggravating.

I think the problem, at least for me, was in the "MobileTrack" or "Fitbit MobileTrack."

I have tried to get my notifications to show up on my Fitbit versa and followed all the steps to do so and it is still not working. What can I do?

Click your Fitbit picture profile. Mine is upper left-hand corner. Scroll down to "MobileTrack." Then click MobileTrack. The new window will have Fitbit MobileTrack.

The solution is a new setting in iOS13.
Settings -> Bluetooth -> Versa (press the i in the circle) -> turn on Share System Notifications

I have done that, it hasn’t changed anything as far as notifications to my Fitbit.

Hi, have checked all settings - but nothing changed - still not receiving notifications

I noticed someone said they turned their iMessage notifications to “Show Previews: Always” and it worked. My texts were Coming through to my Fitbit. However I hate my texts being displayed when my screen is locked. I tried it with “Show Previews: When Unlocked” and it still worked. I can read everything from my Fitbit and nothing is shown on my phone unless I’m looking at it. Quick fix until FITBIT upgrades the app to match iOS 13.

This is the only thing that has worked on my Versa to be able to receive text notifications. My husband has the ionic & had no issues after updating to iOS 13. I stopped receiving text notifications after updating to iOS 13 & doing the new Fitbit update.

Hi all,
I updated my iPhone last night to the new iOS 13 (i think 🤔) and now I’m not receiving my texts on my charge 3. Any ideas? Not sure how to reset my Fitbit. I’ve checked all my permissions and that’s all ok. It’s syncing as normal. Help!

Same here! Super frustrated. Put watch back to factory settings. Restarted watch, phone, Bluetooth, etc. would be nice for someone from Fitbit to respond to the issue and hope they are working on resolving it. Maybe an iwatch is in my future.

What did you do to fix it? I’ve tried settings in both the phone and App, both say it’s on but it’s still not working.

Hello @Playboy18
Im very sorry but because your iPhone 11 is not compatible with the new Fitbit App it will not work and unfortunately this is no way to revert back to an older version. Because of that the Fitbit App will either not work at all or some of its functions will not work properly. I have no way of knowing it iPhone 11 will be included as compatible in future updates so there is no fix for your current situation. If you have another device, like an iPad in the home maybe it’s on the list of compatible devices. This is maybe not want you want to hear but without it being compatible it’s not fixable at this time but I hope this does indeed give you an acceptance answer to yours question.
