Best Answer@Kings2020 I'm on Android 9. No updates to my Android system. The only change I had was updating to 3.7fitbit. I've heard the 4.0 etc are no good either. They know there's a major issue with the app.
Best AnswerI use a ton of Bluetooth devices. Fitbit is the only device I have had issues with. It's definitely on Fitbit's end. However, it was fine until 13.1.2 for me.
Best AnswerMy notifications are all on my Fitbit, I just can’t get it to vibrate to alert me. Everything is set to what it should be and phone and Fitbit isn’t in DND or Sleep mode either. So frustrating. Calls vibrate but nothing else.

Best AnswerYou have to remove device from your Bluetooth list by clicking the i to the
right of the device name under settings, then blue tooth on your phone.
Click remove device, do this twice to make sure it is off of the Bluetooth
list. Then go to your Fitbit app and re- pair. When window appears press
settings and then allow.
Tried the suggested fix today for my Charge 3. It did not work. I still get an "active call" notification whenever placing an outgoing call. I really don't need a notification for outgoing calls. Only incoming calls or text messages. Does anyone have an estimated timeframe before a fix might come around, or am I just going to have to live with additional unwanted wrist buzzing every time I make an outgoing call?
Best AnswerSame happened to me. The repair of the screen on the Apple Watch cost nearly as much as new watch. Back to Fitbit
Best AnswerMatthew st Fitbit- I did everything in the instructions and still not working. I feel like throwing away my Versa Lite! The only notification I’m getting after I updated the Fitbit app is the hourly move reminder. This really bites! What is Fitbit doing a out this or should we buy another brand of tracker?!

Best AnswerThis worked for me. Thanks so much for the suggestion! Do you need to go work for Fitbit tech support?? 😝
Best AnswerDoes your Fitbit vibrate to show the notifications? My problem is not getting the notifications to my Fitbit, it’s getting it to alert me of them.
