Best AnswerHas anyone else checked the ‘Notifications / messages’ page within the app?, (open envelope, top right in the ‘Today’ page of the latest version), the last date logged on mine is the 10th June, 2019, kinda proves that the bug was introduced on the next app update after that and before iOS13.
Fyi, there was a Fitbit ad on Facebook, we made a comment as to the situation and received a reply asking for further details, the response wasn’t up to much.
My phone is Android and my Fitbit is in the draw because I don't receive any notifications what so ever
Best AnswerI am on Android too and have had issues with getting vibrations for notifications since fitbit updated the Versa software. Seems i have bought a product that does not deliver that was promised - if not resolved soon may seek refund on 'false advertising' basis!

Best AnswerHave you checked the notifications feature in your IPhone. It’ll give you a listing of all your apps and how you can manage the notifications for these including FItbit.
I’ve got a charge 2 and I only get Phonecall notifications and not text. I rely on this . Hurry up and fix it I’m ditching the Fitbit for something that does work
