Followed all the tips and instructions and still not working. Really unhappy with fitbit. This should not happen given the resources within the business

It’s been 2mo and I have done all these steps plus other things I’ve read online over and over and over. Fitbit, I’ve been a customer for almost 6 years and have firmly backed Fitbit over other similar trackers. As a working mom, I most value having notifications at my wrist consistently all day. We had a family emergency last month and I kept missing calls/texts due to the charge 3 not sending notifications.
charge 3. iOS 13. Vibrates for incoming and outgoing calls sometimes. No text alerts.

This is an on going saga. the troubleshooting tips do not work it just feels like a waste of time. I am an iOS user. And I have the Google Voice app on my phone and that Google voice number shows me notifications on the versa 2. So, if you are compatible with iOS and you advertise as such... come on bro, come on.
also, the highly advertised alexa fsature is not as functional or responsive ad i had hoped. Anyone else have a dull experience with alexa on versa 2? Is there a hack im missing?

Nope! All attempts to fix my Versa Lite aren't working. I see the notifications on the pull down but no vibrations with texts and only SOME calls. 😡

I tried every single step multiple times and it still doesn’t work. When I arrive at the end where it says to go into the Fitbit app and click the image icon and notifications to set it up all it does is spin but never opens that notification part in the Fitbit app

Keep trying these things regularly but starting to feel like this is never gonna get fixed. I see the notifications when i swipe down but do not get notified, unless its a phone call.

Thanks for all the trouble shooting. I have done all these steps multiple times over the last few weeks in an effort to resolve this issue and still have not fixed it. I get notifications for everything else I set up just not text messages and that is a main reason I wear my Fitbit. What can be done?

Have tried the troubleshooting steps several times and still no text messages coming through. Super disappointed as I opted for this over the Apple Watch.

Nooooooo! Nearly seven years with Fitbit, then Apple! Ugh... I don’t want to take all these steps! Wtheck, why weren’t the developers aware of this problem? When they did become aware, why didn’t they streamline the process much like any application update? This should not not be a long, drawn out issue for the user to fix. No fair!
