Best AnswerNo notifications work. I've followed all of these steps multiple times. I reset my Versa to factory settings. SO frustrated and angry that this is continuing after months. And fitbit doesn't seem to care enough to actually fix it.
Best AnswerI am experiencing the same problem as everyone else on this thread. I tried your instructions 3 times, and nothing worked. I am extremely frustrated that Fitbit does not have a fix for this yet. Maybe I should just buy an iWatch to ensure it will always function properly with my iPhone. If Fitbit can't find a way to make its watches compatible with the iPhone, I suspect many others will do the same.
I just purchased the Versa 2. I am unable to receive text notifications on it. I’ve tried everything listed here in entirety. I’ve tried again. And again. And again. I’ve removed the device from my phone and did a factory reset on the watch. Nothing is working. I receive phone call notifications but not text. Do I need to exchange the product? Or is there any other option to fix it?
Best AnswerStill didn't work. Finally requested a replacement because of other multiple issues. Received replacement. Now I don't receive any notifications except calendar. I have reset, shut down, bluetooth on/off - tried all. Phone is on the compatibility list.

Is this on your fit bit settings from the watch. I see factory reset. Is
that what I should do?

Best AnswerBuy a new product. I have been dealing with this issue since October, replacement had no improvement.
Hate this - have had a FitBit since 2015 and wear 24 hrs a day. No reason for this and companies that review this product need to take another look. Total waste of money without any satisfactory solution.

Best AnswerI have followed all these steps multiple times and I am still not receiving any text/call notifications. Really disappointed as it was a huge selling point when buying the fitbit. Now I’m regretting my decision on buying a Fitbit. I should have just bought the Apple Watch
edit: went back to no notifications after two text notifications came through. I give up. Fitbit needs to get it together. The notifications were a huge reason why I chose the versa over iwatch. Also because I don’t like the i watch’s fitness tracking abilities. So frustrated and annoyed I spent so much on this thing.
Resetting all settings in iPhone actually worked. Kind of a pain that I have to reset everything but I just got my first text notification in months.
