Same here spent 2 hours with customer support. They are saying it is my fit bit one. Guess I will wait to see if there will be a fix on the error message.

I am getting the same error on my One since I tried to update the software. I have gone through all the steps multiple times (deleting, re-entering, etc to no avail).

Looks as though this problem has been happening for 6 weeks - when will thus be resolved to where it will sync correctly? Thanks in advance.

I have given up on Fitbit. There are hundreds of us on this app that are having problems syncing, family, friends, co workers. Fitbit doesn’t seem to have a clue how to fix this issue and has been saying for weeks that it’s engineers are working on a solution. I have used competitive fitness watches in the past and have not run into any problems with them. I am going back to my competitive watches along with several friends,co workers and family members. Enough is enough! Good luck everyone. I do hope that you get your trackers working.

my Fitbit is already working with my iPhone 6s   And it seems that is been working good since last week. I put a new battery with a piece of paper like someone suggested before and , we’ll the “witchy” suggestion worked I guess.

Explain the piece of paper, I didn’t see the initial suggestion

The post said a new battery & a piece of paper. Was that a mistake?

Best Answer

Hi.

Muy is correct., the piece of paper I did add is folded in a way that pushes the battery in, that’s what I did and mine is been working fine   A Fitbit fan suggested this ,
