Versa will not sync with phone

My versa has not recorded and steps since Saturday 8/17. Cannot get it to sync with my phone.

Let me help you syncing your Versa with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi! I allready try to:

-restart my iphone (xsmax with the last update ios)

-restart my fitbit app

-restart my bluetooth pair

-delete my fitbit from fitbit app

-delete my fitbit from the list of device paired to my phone

 

and still doesnt work 😞 (i have a versa lite) 

 

help.

I have done all of the above.

My phone hasn't kept the correct time and I haven't received messages since I updated the app.
