I just got my Fitbit versa today! I’m trying to connect with my iphone8 and it’s not connecting with Bluetooth. It’s not even recognizing the watch. Disappointed.

My phone all of a sudden connected to my versa one day. I didn’t do anything different but for whatever reason, it was able to connect.

it is working on my Samsung note 8, initially, when I do a BT scan thru my note 8, it showed a lot of (7) BT devices for connection accept Fitbit Versa.  I took both the phone and Fitbit Versa to another location where there are not as many interferences with all the other BT devices and did a reset on both Fitbit Versa and also Note 8 reset and than did another scan and I managed to discover Fitbit Versa Device thru Note 8 BT Scan.  It worked perfectly.

Got the versa for Christmas - YEAH - not - it will not after following all the rules and restarting the phone and bluetooth and watch repeatedly, connect to my phone.  I'm seeing a lot of issues with the iphone 8 and the versa.  Has this been rectified?  Do I need to return the versa?

Fitbit Verda won’t connect to Bluetooth on iPhone 6. I have reset Verda several times. I had up to date software on my phone. I have installed latest version of app. I have turned Bluetooth on and off. I have turned my phone off and on again. Nothing works. It doesn’t even pick it up on my  Bluetooth device list. Please help. This is the second Verda I’ve had ina year because of the same connection issues.

I am having the same problem with iPhone 6. I connected it to my iPad but am still interested in connecting it to my phone.

Mine will not connect either. This has been happening for two weeks. Tried all the suggestions when it initially started having this problem and it would eventually sync. I’ve been trying to sync this evening for well over and hour and still not syncing. This is ridiculous!

Yes I have unpaired it as well. I have an iPhone XR. After about 2 hours it randomly paired. This is BEYOND frustrating

Hello @SunsetRunner, @Patinsc@Kkg716 and @Normag, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @versaemoli, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your epxerience with us. Please note that your Fitbit device will nor pair nor sync directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. It will not show up here either unless you set up Notifications or All-day Sync. Both these features will prompt a pop-up to appear asking you to "pair" your device with your phone. After you have "pair" the device, it will show up here.

Now, with that said, if you have issues syncing, please reply with the list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far so we can determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I hope you have a great day.
