Not for me, now lost my dashboard - very poor are these apps not tested on supported devices before releasing the software updates, makes sense to do so imo 🤔

The fail message is gone, but I have to click on discover and then each category under there to see my stats. Dashboard is still blank for me. Is yours completely normal?

Hello everyone. Thank you for your patience with this. Our team has solved the issue. If you still see the error message or the data is still missing then please log out or quit the app and log back in. I would add that you could restart your phone before logging back in. Already several members have mentioned that this worked for them.

I have logged in and out several times and turned my phone on and off. The dashboards for previous days are not showing the relevant data E.g. water app for yesterday is displaying todays consumption. Please advise

I have a blaze tracker and an iPhone 10x fully updated and did the app update yesterday but did not get the new layout etc as shown in the email that came out.
Did fitbit roll back the new update?

I'll be closing this thread now as this issue was resolved yesterday.
@Natn2208 I'm not able to tell what is happening but it sounds like you performed the correct troubleshoots. If you would like to start a new post with some screenshots illustrating this experience we can take a look.
@FatherofTwo919 the new dashboard should be rolling out to everyone in the next two weeks, so you will be getting it soon. Thanks for asking!
