I have had issues since June 19 with my original Versa not all of us can run out and buy a new phone because you app is no longer supporting a Android Version 7 which worked fine before this June 19 explosion date. I have followed all your company's suggestions and bought a USB Dongle just to try setting up the Versa with a windows 10 program totally failed I have spent so much time messing with this and very unhappy I enjoyed my Versa original and hoped to continue to use it for a few more years I guess not as Fitbit has built in obsolete features to make it unusable after awhile
Very unhappy long term Fitbit customer
How can I remove myself from the Found this Answer helpful ? I got 2 notifications (one from WhatsApp and one from my Email) but after those 2, nothing else came through 😞
I just verified my version, my activity for today will still not update on the Bingo challenge for the kickboxing workout I completed between 5 & 6am. Is there a particular time the bingo games start or should they start at 12am? I would hope all time in a day would count towards the Bingo challenge.
Best AnswerDid not fix my problem. I spent 30 min yesterday with a support person, and could not fix it. Said she would investigate the problem more and emailed another solution. That didn't fix the problem,, I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed. Got the fitbit for mssgin
So, the last 2 nights I kept my charge 3 on the charger over night and it seems to sync when at full battery on the charger, but not at all later while wearing it. That wouldn't be as bad if it didn't also fall further and further behind on time as the day goes on and it can't connect. The time was right on it this morning after it synced while on the charger, but now it is 13 minutes behind. Literally doesn't even function as a watch at this point. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips.
Best AnswerLast playstore update available was on June 23rd. Should there be another version closer to the 25th? My fitbit has not synced steps since the 24th.
Best AnswerMy phone has all of these specifications, I updated the app, and it's still not syncing.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for continue sharing updates on what you're experiencing, your reports help us to continue monitoring the situation.
Be sure that we see where your frustration is coming from. I'd like you to confirm that you've installed the latest Fitbit app version which is 3.43.1, this should help with the syncing and notifications difficulties you've been experiencing.
Also, double check that you're following these tips when using the Fitbit app on your Android phone. Please confirm that your Android phone is running a compatible operating system, it should 8.0 or higher.
As mentioned previously, if you're experiencing syncing issues with an iPhone, please post your inquiry for additional help on the iOS board.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerYes, I have a Samsung note 9 and my issues started the day after the Samsung update. I get notifications but no vibrations of my wrist to tell me they are there anymore. I never realised how much I relied on them until I didn't have them, even the ones telling me when I get to 10 000 steps or change heart rate zones.
They are also getting rid of posts and emailing people if they don't like what we say. They sent me an email saying they were getting rid of my post. They didn't like the suggestions I was giving to people because I was suggesting people to be vocal in all the appropriate places. Apparently, we all need to just continue to take this.
I did a factory reset and was able to link my fitbit back to my phone and it is now syncing. It kept my friends but my history is gone.
It was worth it so I didn't have to buy a new fitbit.
Fingers crossed it stays working.
