Hello @KalaG@revrobbins, and @CarlosSomeNo.

@KalaG and @CarlosSomeNo thanks for letting us know that you've had a good experience so far.

If you have the time be sure to visit one of our Discussion boards, some topic there might pique your interest.

@revrobbins, as I mentioned, it is possible that it can work as it is doing for some but we are not able to guarantee the functionality unless the phone is added to the list.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

When will you be adding the note 9 to list of supported devices. I had a Fitbit charge then the charge 2 and used the Fitbit for years....I have upgraded to note 9 and now my fit bit wont sync so it is rendered useless. Im not avery happy customer

Just recently switched back to Samsung from IPhone after several years with a Note9. Really nice phone and fun.  HOWEVER..I spent $900 for "all the phone" and am dumbfounded to find that it doesn't support one of the most popular apps in the fitness arena- Fitbit.  That is seriously messed up.

Doesn't work for everyone!  I have to disconnect and reconnect to the phone and the app to get it to sync.  Seriously

Ya apparently FitBit wants you to beg them through voting to create the
firmware . Dont let other folks tell you that it works on their Note 9 and
it does but that's not the point. FitBit almost went out of business
several years ago but made a come back but they apparently didnt learn
anything so I'm done with them many other alternatives out there . So
anyhow youve got to beg for service for the Note 9 good luck !

My Note 9 and Flex 2 had been working just fine until 3 days ago. I've tried every troubleshooting suggestion, have all updates, and it won't even pair with my Flex 2 now. So frustrating! I can't even as Mobile Tracking in the meantime!

What is the issue? I guess no more fitbits for me?

Welcome to the Forums @Jesscuh.

Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the syncing between your Flex 2 and Note 9 on your own before posting in here.

Perhaps you could try to restart the connection from scratch. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Go into the phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Look for your Flex 2 and any other Fitbit devices that show in there.
  3. Remove all of them from the list of paired devices.
  4. Run the set up process in the Fitbit app as if you had a brand new Fitbit.

Let me know if there are any other questions.

Hello @Jesscuh.

Thanks for trying those steps.

As I mentioned above, it might be because the Note 9 is not part of the supported devices list. At this moment we do not have any news of when we can expect the phone to be added to the list.

You could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you but this is not helpful as I just spent $900 on this device and have no other.  Very disappointing.
