At least yours will work for a bit after a reset. Mine will not even do that 😖

Shortly after I sent them a message, it synced just fine. It's very frustrating when it doesn't, though.

I had to replace mine a year or so ago. It actually just wore out. Even more frustrating!! I did get a little upgrade this time. Overall, I'm pleased with it. At least, I know what I'm doing or not! It helps my motivation some days!!

I purchased mine last November. It synced fine. It was after it synced that the issue started. Basically a bug in the firmware update.

My Alta HR tracked this morning; we'll see if this continues.  I didn't do anything special.  I had a software update on my phone (iPhone SE), so, I don't know if that helped.

I can't sync my Versa, maybe because of the "exercise" crashing it.  Anyway that's probably  why I can't change the time.  Any suggestions? Does anyone know how tne sync problem is going?  Now with no daily stats and the wrong time, the watch is a pretty,  expensive, but unuseable piece of technology to me.

I wish I had a clue.  Mine isn't recording steps and completely lost my activity square on the phone. This is very frustrating to say the least

It’s been a week, and mine is doing the same thing today.

all day my Fitbit app isn’t responding to touch. I have followed the instructions to restart my Fitbit device and now I have nothing but a white line across my screen. I have turned off my phone and rebooted but still no response from the app - which now cannot find my device. If I delete the app will all my data be lost?

Yes I have an iPhone XR. It is still dead after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on both my iPhone and my windows laptop. Very discouraging. Not sure if I’ll replace it with another Fitbit.

I got the instructions on this thread. After I posted my experience I realized this thread is for androids. I tried to find the same type thread for iPhones but wasn’t able to do so
