What is the difference in the Supported Device list you posted and this one: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315
Is that just a reference for devices that can run the app, excluding the compatibility of those devices with the actual fitbit devices?

Hello @m4rc2009, @TWDMath and @AKH925.
After checking with the team I can confirm that the Pixel 3 should be supported at this time and thus it should be working.
@m4rc2009 In that case, maybe you could look into the MobileTrack option.
Please let me know if there is anything that I can help you with.

@AKH925 Glad to read that the Fitbit seems to working with your Pixel 3 just fine.
@RPavlin I'll be happy to help you out. The first thing I'd recommend in this case would be to try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it all to work correctly.

Welcome to the Forums @crabie.
Given that the phone is supported, the option should be there. If it doesn't show up then please let me know since the phone has been recently added to the support the list the option might not be active as of yet.
Feel free to let me know if there are any further questions.

@LanuzaFitbit the mobile tracker option is definitely not available. Thanks in advance for reporting to the developers.
Best AnswerMobileTrack is not available in the fitbit app for my pixel 3. I tried everything listed including uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and re-installing the app. Still no luck.
Best AnswerNope, no mobiletrack on pixel 3 ( or S7 for that matter). I'd love to try this mythical new feature as I'm always forgetting my devices but never my phone!

Hello @Giampi71. Welcome to the Forums @Ancatdubhnyc and @EGup.
Thanks for sharing your feedback and situation.
After checking with the team, I can share that while the Pixel 3 is a supported device, it is not compatible with the MobileTrack feature.
Maybe you could post about this in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show your support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best AnswerYou need to get on it! Neither my pixel 3 or SGS7 have MobileTrack! Two popular phones

Best AnswerMy Charge 3 and my new Pixel 3 synced right away. But, I cannot get my calls, emails or texts to show up as I did on my iphone.
Best AnswerI just got the Pixel 3 and I have the app on my phone but it can't fit my Versa. Hopefully once my whole phone is done updating I will open the fitbit app again and see if it works. If not I will still wear the fitbit but not be in any challenges.

Hey @Magnoliastream and @Rinne.
I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing all of the steps to get your Fitbit
@Magnoliastream Thanks for the update. Has the notifications and sleep situation continued since then? If so I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article to get the notifications to work. As for the sleep, is there a chance that you could be moving around during your sleep? Maybe it is very hot or cold during the night and you try to get comfortable and thus end up moving a lot.
@Rinne In your case, how has the situation continued after the update?
Let me know if you have any further questions.
