The Charge 3 had a chronic synchronizing problem. Wonder if Google knew about Fitbit's engineering and customer service problems before it decided to shell out $2 billion.
Best AnswerWhen did it stop pairing and when did you receive a replacement?
Best AnswerAgreed. A watch is a far easier replacement than a phone. Fitbit has lost its mind.
I'm having the same issue. It finds the phone sometimes but then won't connect. I removed the tracker from the App and now can't set it up. I might need to install the app on my Ipad until this is resolved. Some suggestions were to remove the tracker and reinstall. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Best AnswerI've been experiencing the same issue since this morning. Had a sync issue so decided to unpair the device and try a repair.
The pairing wasn't going through. Tried doing everything in the book to get it working. Nothing worked.
Then I phoned fitbit support and went through an hour of troubshooting after which they indicated that I need to wait for a software update because there is an issue with the software which is preventing the sync and pairing. They said they do not know when the update will be avilable but have to wait for it.
So in the interim, I cannot use the device.
Best AnswerI have had a Versa 2 for two weeks. It initially synced with my android Samsung smartphone. But on Jan.26, 2021 it simply stopped syncing. I have tried resetting the watch to factory reset, uninstalling the fitbit app etc. Nothing works. The devices will simply not sync any longer.
Can Fitbit supply me with a refund of $239.00 CAD ?
Having the same issue. Syncs fine with my iPad, but Android will not connect via Bluetooth. Started earlier this week. Hoping they do an update to fix this.
