Well, that sucks. When I bought my Samsung Galaxy J7, Fitbit assured me that this phone would work with my FitBit devices, and it did -- until 3.37 update. So so so so bad customer relations for them to change technology like that to exclude purchasers. Raise your hand if you want a REFUND. Well, as I've mentioned, I'm waiting for my Garmin (rated much higher than Fitbit by CONSUMER REPORTS) to arrive and then it's goodbye Fitbit.

Oops, never mind. I was replying to poster in another thread; doesn't make sense since it got merged here.

Isn't it appalling that Customer Support hasn't caught up with KateFitbit's cheery news that they KNOW they screwed up and THEY'RE WORKING ON IT and all will be well REAL SOON? Raise your hand if you would be fired if you did your job the way Fitbit does it! ✋

Same issues here. They tried to blame my phone until I did some digging and found all those other people with issues returning it and going with a different brand

Customer support does know about the issue. I talked to them yesterday on the phone and the lady told me they know about the problem and that it should be fixed by today. But still nothing

There's also an issue with iPhone iOS 14 that is still ongoing. As of this post, I cannot sync them together.
Also, does this issue have anything to do with FitBit randomly not sending my messages and calls through to my watch? Sometimes I get those notifications, and sometimes not.

Suddenly my Versa synced a minute ago and appears to be functioning as normal. Anyone else?

This is why I am skeptical of updates. This is the 2nd update that has been rolled out and my fitbit stopped working.

I don't think this can happen for most people, unless the issue was on the service side. Unless that's true, I'm afraid that most of us will have to wait for an update on Google Play Store.

Is your phone still using the Android 3.37 or has there been a new release that Fitbit has forgotten to tell us about?
