Have downloaded the new version of the app and installed it. Have restarted Sense. Have restarted phone. Have turned Bluetooth off and on multiple times. Still won't sync.

Yes. It came back on briefly while I was on the chat for them and while we were trying to restablish connection they watched battery disappear and now it’s dead again. While on the charger.

Best AnswerI had turned off my phone for 10 secs and turned it on again. After that, I saw the new update at Google Store. After installing the update, it worked! Phew, finally, my Versa 2 is syncing with my phone now.
Best AnswerIve got it working guys! I had to turn bluetooth off and back on again i left bluetooth off for 5mins and its eventually picked up my versa 2 qnd im up and running! Good lucks guys its been a stressful 4 days!
Best AnswerI have to say loudly....that we as a community was a lot more helpful and supportive than anyone from Fitbit - in fact we never heard from a fitbit employee - and what we got from support was total bull**ahem** - telling people to buy a new phone cuz the one that was working fine three days ago now doesn't work with a Fitbit device. Asking us to spend hours and hours to do all kinds of acrobatics with our phones and Fitbit devices to no success at all which of course we finally realized together - no thanks to anyone from Fitbit. I know this has left a bad taste in many peoples mouths.....and when I go to buy a new tracker - guess what - it probably won't be a Fitbit product.
I had the update in Play Store but it still wasn't synching. Turned bluetooth off and then back on; it still didn't synch. Turned phone off and then back on.at which time it synched. I am keeping my fingers crossed. It was good to see my graphs again.
