Update 2/1/2021: This issue was resolved with the release of android app version 3.37.1. We appreciate your reports and patience as we worked on a resolution.


 

Update 1/29/2021: We've released Android app version 3.37.1 to address syncing issues. Please update your device if you are experiencing issues syncing. Thanks again for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Same here.    Updated app on phone.  Can see fitbit, on phone, but won't pair.

I just did the same...thanks! It actually seems to have worked...correct time shows on my Versa...and all steps are now showing on the dashboard! Crossing fingers this is for keeps!

Have you tried the new update? In your play store? If you go to the top
of this forum (not your email)and click on best answer it will take you to
the information.

Make sure that in play store it has current date (or yesterday). The
update is in Okay Store not in Fitbit itself

Please, could you make the previous version of the Android app available. Then take your time to fix whatever issues are on the new version. It has already been several days without service. A Fitbit band is useless without the app.

installed update.  Rebooted phone and fitbit charge 4.   Can't pair phone to fitbit.  On bluetooth screen, sees fitbit about half the time, but won't pair.  Thus, can't sync.  On phone app, see blank stats for last 3 days still, no sync'ing cuz no pairing
