I just did the same...thanks! It actually seems to have worked...correct time shows on my Versa...and all steps are now showing on the dashboard! Crossing fingers this is for keeps!

Best AnswerPlease, could you make the previous version of the Android app available. Then take your time to fix whatever issues are on the new version. It has already been several days without service. A Fitbit band is useless without the app.

installed update. Rebooted phone and fitbit charge 4. Can't pair phone to fitbit. On bluetooth screen, sees fitbit about half the time, but won't pair. Thus, can't sync. On phone app, see blank stats for last 3 days still, no sync'ing cuz no pairing
