I am also having problems with the app. I have not encountered a white screen, but since I updated the app yesterday to the 2.50 version I cannot sync my fitbit Charge 2. I can't change any of my settings for my fitbit (like turning my heartrate back to auto instead of off) and its really bothering me since I use it for my workout classes in the morning. Any idea on when this will get resolved?

My fitbit android app does not work. I can use it once after installing, but when I try to use it a second time I get a blank white screen and it stays like that. I have uninstalled twice now but I have the same issue.
I have android 6.0.1 running ColorOS 3.0.0i on an Oppo R9S Plus
If I can't get the app to work I will need to return my Charge 2.
It looks like this is a long standing issue. It's pretty bad this has not been fixed after years of people reporting the same problem.

I posted the same issue a few days ago elsewhere in the forum after updating latest firmware app (using Oppo phone with alta fitbit). Received a suggested solution which unfortunately was neither applicable nor worked. In the end, the app was unistalled and then reinstalled. It too worked for about a day before the white screen of nothingness reappeared.
I do hope Fitbit sort the issues soon.

Exactly same issue I am having, I've had to uninstall my app now everyday at least twice to get access to it. Super annoying

Since 1st June, my fitibit app is not working. When I open the app, it just shows a white blank screen. I deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app again, and I can access the app once, but after that I can't open the app again. The same problem goes again.
Please help to fix the issue, and I look forward to your reply.

I had a quick look at the list of Oppos currently supported by Fitbit having come across a list (which may look a little diff't to this one) elsewhere in community forum being: 7, 7a, R1s, R1k and R1k.
I hope they work to including other Oppos too such as the F1, R9s and A series too

great to hear as this offers a glimmer of hope 🙂
Appreciate your message and the comprehensive guidance provided for viewing fitbit data on the PC/Macs however i am sure i echo the sentiments of many who do most things via our smart phones and prefer the quick and easy view of tracking results, logging calories & water consumption, etc., setting alarms and sleep patterns ("i'm awake"), and the friendly message banter the app so conveniently enables.
I may not have time to do as many steps in a day as i'd like but i also don't want to be logging on to my laptop at the end of the day to catch up and see how i've faired.

I have the same issue with my Oppo fitbit app. I realized that if I log off everytime and log on again when I need to sink it works.

I have the Oppo F1s and have the same issue. Using my laptop to track but not very convenient and defeats the purpose of tracking throughout the day.
