I use whatsapp and have its notifications come up on my Blaze no problem.
In the notifications bit where it says text notifications, when you click that you get a list of different messenger apps to choose from. (at least this is how it is on android, not sure about iOS)

Best Answer@MikeF it works fine with the Blaze. From their website:
Which Fitbit models does bitTicker work with?
The app only works with the Surge, Blaze, and Alta models, as these models support text notifications.
Our app has not changed, and when using text notifications (Blaze, Surge, Alta models), or Fitbit app 2.19, it is identical to before.
With Fitbit app 2.20 the Charge models no longer have a third party call notification feature. These models will no longer receive notifications if you use Fitbit app 2.20+. To be 100% clear, we did not remove this feature, Fitbit did. The change has nothing to do with our code.
Best AnswerBlaze owner here with an iPhone 6, both running the latest software and I get whatsapp notifications no problem. 👍
Hi,
I have a iphone SE (iOS 10.3.1) and fitbit blaze (version 17.8.401.3) and I cannot get whatsapp notifications to work. All other notiifcations work fine. Helpdesk has said that this functionality does not exist yet for iOS and could not help me so I would be very interested to know how you got it to work on your iphone/blaze. Were there any settings you needed to change or did whatsapp just appear on the App notifications list?
Thanks a lot, any advice would be much appreciated!
I have the exact same software as you on both devices, only slight difference is I have an iPhone 6, below is a screenshot I took just now showing the notifications settings.
Just now!
You can change the notifications on a iPhone to open the FitBit app, click on account, then click on your device, followed by notifications and app notifications.
