Hi, I also have a Fitbit Blaze and I'm having problems with the battery. I restarted the blaze and also shut it off and back on to troubleshoot it and its still not working. I get the blaze to a full charge and then it is down battery life within a few minutes and practically gone with in an hour and a half or so. How can I fix this?

I am having to charge my battery daily. I do not use all those things you wrote about, except the auto sync. It is taking my watch up to 7 hours to record the latest activity. I charged it yesterday and I need to charge again today. I will go in and take away the auto sync and see how that works.

There is basically nothing you can do I am 99% sure this battery problem is down to a software problem and Fitbit know it all they will offer you is 25% off a new tracker
your tracker will basically be useless I’ve changed the battery on mine and it did not make any difference unless yours is still under warranty you just as well bin it
it’s a con and they know it do yourself a favour and don’t ever buy a Fitbit again

Send me your email and I could possibly tell you how to get a new blaze and Fitbit will get yours returned to them
not something I would normally do but when a company like Fitbit couldn’t care less about there customers then I couldn’t care less about them

It would be nice for people to have the option to roll back their update if
they should run into this issue.🤔 Truth is, these are discontinued. They
are no longer in production. Updates can render it completely unusable.
Planned obsolescence? Personally, I think those updates should have lasted
for the life of the unit. Some people like the older models. I loved my
Blaze, but now I'm rocking the Versa.💪🏽 I'd recommend it, it's totally
better. Ask a tech to roll back your update, until they fix this. 😊

Your not supposed to change the battery you really need to know what your doing because it has to be soldered in but honestly don’t bother because it will still lose charge I honestly don’t think it’s a battery problem it’s a software problem

Well the best of luck to you
I paid over £200 for a blaze and for it to last 2yrs is not acceptable to me so I can guarantee Fitbit I will have a brand new blaze and they will have my old 1 back
all the best Marcia

Hello everyone. Sorry to hear that your Blaze's battery is losing its charge quickly. If you haven't tried then please cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. If the issue persist then please let our Support team know so they can further assist you.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi alvero surely you at Fitbit must see by the volume of customers with battery issues on there blaze that they all can’t be dirty contracts or dodgy USB ports surely Fitbit should do the decent thing and at least look into the possibility that this could be a software problem I mean they are not cheap devices you would get more credibility by at least looking into this as a supplier and if there is a problem in my opinion Fitbit should extend the warranty not offer 25% off a new device that lets be honest who in there right mind would buy another Fitbit
when they know they will be in the same position in 2 years time I myself would never buy another Fitbit come on do the right thing and help people out
