Fitbit Charge 5 Clock Faces

Is there a list of Fitbit Charge 5 clock faces?  I would like time, date, steps and heart rate on the one display - similar to one of the standard faces on Charge 3

Testing the different ones slashed comes close to the standard charge 3/4 idea of showing steps and heart beat same time.

Wish I could change the colours though.

Try the Slashes clock closest to the charge 3/4 style 

date, day and time and heart rate and steps permanently displayed. Tapping changes the steps to calories and distance. Tap back to steps and zone info I think.

I am using slashed too, not because it looks nice, just this is the only one showing the right information. 

fitbit clock faces are boring and dull. Other brands already have custom made clock faces available.

Using the specs you gave, I found what you were talking about and oh my goodness the faces are so beautiful and plentiful. This should be the best answer

Unfortunately I went ahead and bought FBC5 without looking at clock faces, assuming I would find something I like. But I have the same desires you do (date, time, HR, steps), and as you mentioned only “Slashed” gets close to that. 

Is there any chance this will be improved anytime soon? (Or that I’m missing another face that includes just those 4 stats?)

I'd like to be able to put the clock face stats in my preferred order which may change as I continue with different programs. Like right now I want to see distance on the face, not steps or other stats.

A straightened version without any cuts of the 'Slashed' clock face would serve my purpose better. I believe the same would also help the user from original post.

Just looking at the options of the Charge 5 and find the Clock Faces once again quite limiting!!  Yes there are 23 choices, but there are really only two types.  Most are... I'll say "artistic" for lack of a better word.  They're not bad, but not necessarily what I want to wear into a meeting. ("Oh, nice kids watch.")  And the couple that are more straight forward are pretty lame. 

This was a discussion back with the early Charge line and really figured it would have been resolved by now.  Is it that hard for Fitbit to realize some people would like a much more clean cut display?  And I don't me just block numbers.  There are lots of watch displays out there that are on the simple side, but still look good. 

ADDED: Didn't realize it when I originally posted...  So you swipe up and get a great screen with steps, distance, etc.  But you really have to wonder about the original coders through process AND the people that oversee the project that decide that's a good screen for the Date vs. Time???? 

It's been almost 2yrs since Google took over Fitbit, but regretfully they're not making any management changes.

If anyone really has an in with Fitbit, please try to get them onboard.  Otherwise, if anyone happens to agree with me, feel free to send in a Feature Request to Fitbit Support.  Posting here obviously does nothing but let us vent. 😎

How do you change the face? I have tried but nothing works...

You do it via the App.  Tap on your Account (upper left) > Charge 5 > Gallery > Select the Clocks Tab

You'll then see the clock face options.  Regretfully they are all of the same "style" and leave a lot to be desired.  As in the past, they all look like something that would have come out of a high school graphics class.  Not much thought given to them and not much diversity.  And don't look for anything that is really clean, simple or elegant.  (I get this is a "sport" device, but still...)

The design flaw that really got me was if you swipe up to the next screen that shows your steps and distance, they have the CALENDAR at the top of the screen.  Why would you need a calendar on that page when the time makes SO MUCH more sense.  I had hoped Google would have brought some common sense to Fitbit, that didn't work out so well for us.

These clocks are all over designed with too many fonts making it difficult to quickly glance for the information, particularly the time. The colors an fonts chosen literally make me nauseous when I look at them. Could we please get a couple simplified options like a classic watch face with numbers around it.

On the Best Buy Canada website, this is the watchface shown on the stock image of the Fitbit Charge 5. 

I'm in the US, bought my Charge 5 in the US, and this watchface isn't available anywhere on my device.

In my opinion, it's better than any others!! Why can't I access this watchface on my Charge 5, Fitbit/Google??

Yes, I did check. The update works fine (so far), but I don't see any new clock faces. I'm in Canada, and I've never seen the clock face RoFu posted before. It is a nice looking one, though. I was hoping it'd be there.

Hi everyone, I appreciate all the feedback that you've shared so far about the clock faces available on the Charge 5. Keep in mind the last firmware version 1.188.58 does not include any new clock faces. 

If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums: 

• More clock faces for the Charge 5.  
• Charge 5 Customize clock faces colors.
• Fitbit studio for Charge 5 to create clock faces. 
• Add clean and easy to read clock faces for Charge 5. 

If you also have a specific idea for a clock face that is not available for the moment, you can post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

Please, could you shed some light on how many more threads, customer complaints, user frustration and begging it takes for Fitbit/Google to listen?
We're not asking for the moon, it's a rather simple request. There are so many threads, not only on this forum, where people complain about Fitbit Charge 5 not having enough decent clock faces, customization options and Fitbit Studio integration. I'm not sure if Fitbit is aware, but the issues don't only get raised here, on the community forum, but also in reviews of online shops where people buy these, which a lot of people rely on.

I personally made the mistake of buying the newest model without considering that a product can actually get worse compared to its older generation products. People used to be happy with Fitbit, now, it seems, people are frustrated with it. I am one of them.

If you look at all the threads mentioning the need of new clock faces, in total, they have more than 2000 votes. Yet, I feel like there is zero attention towards this issue by Fitbit. So, I have to ask again, how many more threads, customer complaints, user frustration and begging does it take for Fitbit/Google to listen?

PS: Please, spare the "thanks for your inquiry", "your feedback is important to us", "consider posting this to a Feature Suggestion Board", etc. There are already plenty of threads and no matter where people post these requests, no matter how important you say our feedback is to you, they all seem to be ignored. @Nschickle I'm hoping Fitbit/Google can do better than that. At the same time, I can't fathom that they haven't resolved the issue, despite quite trivial, yet. We'll see.

@SunsetRunner This information has been shared with the team on several suggestions posted in the forums. Unfortunately it's not possible to know a time frame for when the team of developers will include other clock faces for the Charge 5. 

The way these are ideas are currently implemented are through posting the idea in the board mentioned earlier and getting enough votes from the Community members so it can be taken into consideration.
