I left my Apple Watch at home and bought this at the airport. I’ve spent hours trying to get Deezer to work. What am I supposed to do it’s just stuck at 0%

I give up at this point it's been a month since this problem started and they arent giving us anything, the "Best answer" isnt even a solution. The only update we basically just said they're trying and we should wait.

Yes indeed, same issue here with my Versa 3, started about a month ago. Looks like this is not a priority for fitbit otherwise it would have been solved already. Very sad!

It's incredible that Fitbit is not solving this issue with a payment service. I have reached Deezer and they have said that a change in the certificates has been made so Fitbit must update the app.
Very sad, I have purchased Sense last week (after having a ionic) and now I don't have offline music and neither offline playlist. Please let us upload offline music

Hi Maverick I called Fitbit yesterday and the same answer still down and there working on it. But at least I got in an email from them to confirm to say it’s there end rather than having to go through the same BS routine over the phone to go through the same steps, the only reason why I got deezer is because of the watch and deezer are putting up the fees! Nice one Fitbit 👍 as you can only use deezer to listen to music offline nice one again Fitbit cos they got us by the short and curly 👍 from what call centre said this has been an issue lately since the 1st October 2021 but from looking at previous post this has been on going for years, the issue is the price and they know people will pay for there product as it mid range rather than paying for the Apple Watch but if this goes on for much longer then I will get an Apple Watch sorry for the rant but you pay this money for not only the watch but the fees each month for deezer yet you can’t use it and this has been happening time and time again. Sort it out Fitbit!!!!🤬if I get any more info I will let you know!

This is extremely frusturating. I bought the watch at the airport for the sole purpose of listening to music while kiteboarding (need something for the water), yet I haven't been able to use it. I can't return it since I won't be going to the same airport and I don't even have the package. Never used the watch- like money down the drain

Downloading offline playlists from Deezer works again when you update to the latest firmware. Atleast some songs... I'm having troubles since I can't download certain songs. Guess it's on Deezer and not Fitbit though.

Yes exactly! Just some songs. Have tried creating a new playlist only containing those songs and it still doesn't work for some reason.

Latest firmware of Fitbit or Deezer? My Fitbit says version 3.50 on my Android app. It will not go past 0% music download. Nearing a month now for me, I will be cancelling Deezer in a few days as I only buy it for this junky watch
