Hi, I would like to cancel my Fitbit premium subscription before the free trial ends. When I googled it, it said to go to acc and settings and There should be a cancel/manage subscriptions tab but there’s not.

I’m having the exact same problem. My plan ends June 27, 2020 and I do not want to pay for it. I did not use the free trial.

Please help me! I have been trying for 3 weeks on and off to cancel my premium trial. Searched this website and everything else and nothing works for me. I don't have those options show up. I got so frustrated I tried to reach out to Fitbit but there is no way to contact them. Now I just got charged for Fitbit Premium because they have made it so difficult to cancel. I am upset and will start posting about this on Facebook!

Contact support through the help link at the bottom of the page, i think they have chat and/or email is what I've always used. http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US
Go to the link and then click the box that says get support.
I was only able to cancel mine when i figure out I had actually accepted in on my iphone that I no longer use as I replaced it with a Samsung, android phone. I charged up my iphone and logged in on my fitbit app through the internet and followed the directions above and it then opened the apple store and let me cancel it. It was very difficult.

In order to cancel, you have to use the phone or computer you used to sign
up and know the way you are paying for this automatic payment.
I was finally able to cancel when I realized my charges were coming through
Apple Pay and I had used a gmail account instead of the one I use more
frequently. When I used my phone, to sign on to Apple Pay and signed on
using my gmail address, I was able adjust settings, to stop the automatic
payments.

I would like you to confirm you've followed this procedure to cancel your subscription. If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" link on your app store subscription settings then it means that your subscription has already been cancelled.

I had to use the Fitbit chat support and it was very helpful. I did these steps.
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
Once you tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription.

In your Android phone, after opening your Play Store or Google Play app, just make you choose or click the email account you used when you enrolled your fitbit premium.

Okay, I did this and there is NO option to cancel mine only says "Fitbit Premium Monthly Free until Aug 16, 2020. Then $9.99/month. Cancel on Aug.16, 2020", then there is a link for "Resubscribe". Does this mean it has already been cancelled? Will this truly cancel on 8/16/2020? If it does not what are my options then? Can I be refunded for this service I do not want????? I'm so disappointed in this promotion and Fitbit right now and from the other posts about this, I'm not the only one who is having problems with this. Seems to me to be a pretty sleezy way to drum up revenue.

I have just managed to do it after an hours of searching for answers. I went on the Google play store searched for Fitbit then under the icon clicked manage subscriptions and you can cancel. Hope this helps

Thanks for participating on the forums and sharing instructions about how you have cancelled your Premium subscription.
As mentioned by others here, you need to cancel your subscription from the store that you purchased it from. If you don't see your Fitbit subscription on that store, please confirm you're logged into the same account that you were when you bought it.
Also, if you don't get the "Cancel Subscription" option this means that your subscription has been cancelled.
Last but not least, here are the instructions on how to cancel your membership.

I have gone into manage subscriptions and it won’t let me click on cancel subscription. I can click on the yearly subscription and change back to monthly but it won’t let me click on cancel! Very annoying! Any ideas and if not who do I email to ask about this? Thanks in advance for your help 😊
