I purchased Fitbit premium and was excited to receive my Wellness report, but it is not sending when I generate the report from the app. Does anyone know why I am not receiving this?

Hi all! Huge thanks to everyone who took the time to report this issue.
I have confirmed with our product team that another fix was implemented this morning (11/8) which should allow your reports to generate as intended. Please go ahead and attempt to generate your wellness report once more and it should work.
If you run into any additional issues, feel free to let me know. I appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue!

I requested the above 24 hours ago and I've not had it emailed to me yet. I have received a notification in the fitbit app to say it is ready.

Hi @sricha27 and @Bkristy21, good to see you both in the community.
When I generated my report it took around 5 - 10 mins to receive it by email (it's sent to your email address as a PDF). Have you tried checking your spam/junk folder? If you still don't see it I would recommend requesting it again.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve requested the report three times and checked all folders in my inbox. Hmm...is there any way around this that you know of??

Have you checked your Fitbit profile/account to see if the correct email address is listed? I know this is a new feature, perhaps there are still a few teething issues.
I have also merged another thread with this one so that everyone can discuss this issue in the one place.

I made sure the right email was there checked all folders of email. Chatted with Fitbit service that apparently wasn’t trained in Fitbit premium. So they were suppose to email me and still haven’t.

In the meantime, please check your spam/junk folders, if the email with the Wellness Report didn't land there. Sometimes our messages get redirected there.

Same here! I even changed my email because I thought it was a Comcast problem. Checked all folders- spam and other wise. Requested it about 5 times. Received the pop up saying it was ready and nothing.

I have Charge 3 and am a Premium member. I get "your health report ready" notification but don't receive e-mail and can't click on the notification via my iPhone. How can I see and download my Health Report?

I am having the exact same issue. How do we get the report? (I checked my Junk folder... it was not delivered there).

I had an issue where I wasn't getting password reset e-mail. Funny the **ahem** who stole my fitbit account for a week apparently didn't have trouble but me the real owner did. It turned out that somehow their system had my e-mail as flagged to not get e-mails. I forget what they call it. I learned this on a message board. The fitbit help desk was useless. You would think they would fix this problem quickly and also recognize it quickly.
You will be disappointed in the report. Data looks interesting but no analysis.
