I purchased Fitbit premium and was excited to receive my Wellness report, but it is not sending when I generate the report from the app. Does anyone know why I am not receiving this?

Best AnswerI'm having this issue! It's incredibly frustrating and I only signed up to the free trial to see if it was worth doing as this could be helpful for my doctor to at least have a look going forward with some issues but it keeps coming up with the error message despite being premium ... Makes you not want to try and go full force with it. I also had a bunch of trouble trying to update the versa to the point I gave up and for some reason magically I don't even have the option to update anymore even though it never updated? I'm so confused. . .
I'm also still having this issue and likewise only signed up for the free trial to see if it's worth it. Following here for updates.
Best AnswerWhile I was able (finally) to get this report a few months ago, now I get an error that says "Something went wrong. We weren't able to generate your Wellness report. Try again later!" I've done this multiple times over the past several days and just get the same notification. Fitbit needs to correct this. Too many people are having the same issue!

Best AnswerWELL haha it FINALLY worked!!! and it was.... okay ? id be more stoked if it gave a reading or the option to check your oxygen saturation without sleep. like you can do with android smart phones. unless im just missing something.
Best AnswerI still cannot get a wellness report. In app notifications say it's ready, but if i tap on it it goes back to download screen. It is not in any email folders.
