I purchased Fitbit premium and was excited to receive my Wellness report, but it is not sending when I generate the report from the app. Does anyone know why I am not receiving this?

I'm having this issue! It's incredibly frustrating and I only signed up to the free trial to see if it was worth doing as this could be helpful for my doctor to at least have a look going forward with some issues but it keeps coming up with the error message despite being premium ... Makes you not want to try and go full force with it. I also had a bunch of trouble trying to update the versa to the point I gave up and for some reason magically I don't even have the option to update anymore even though it never updated? I'm so confused. . .

Is this an ongoing problem? I keep getting a message saying “something went wrong try again later” for multiple days now.

Yes it doesn't seem to rectify itself ND I cannot find a fix. Not can I update versa ...

While I was able (finally) to get this report a few months ago, now I get an error that says "Something went wrong. We weren't able to generate your Wellness report. Try again later!" I've done this multiple times over the past several days and just get the same notification.  Fitbit needs to correct this. Too many people are having the same issue!

WELL haha it FINALLY worked!!! and it was.... okay ? id be more stoked if it gave a reading or the option to check your oxygen saturation without sleep. like you can do with android smart phones. unless im just missing something.

Thanks for that, I had no clue where my internal downloads were! Was it on my phone? computer? Why didn't they just say push SHARE? and enter your email?

I still cannot get a wellness report. In app notifications say it's ready, but if i tap on it it goes back to download screen. It is not in any email folders.

@RitaMc1960 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the Wellness Report. 

 

I would like you to confirm you're doing this procedure: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app, tap the Discover tab 
     

    Health & Fitness Stats > Wellness Report.

  2. Read the description, then tap Preview Report Request My Report. When your report is ready, you’ll see a notification in the Fitbit app. Your report may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.
  3. From the Today tab 
     

    , tap the inbox icon 

  4. Tap the Personal Health Report notification, which stays in your inbox for up to 30 days.
  5. Tap View Report to open the report on your phone, or tap Share to send the report to yourself or a healthcare professional. 

Note the following: 

 

  • You must have at least 30 days of data to generate a Wellness Report.
  • Certain data requires a heart-rate enabled device to track.
  • Only data you track or log appears in the Wellness Report. For example, you must log your weight in the Fitbit app to see weight data in your report.
  • The Wellness Report feature of Fitbit Premium is available in English only in certain regions, with more regions coming soon.

If after checking the above, it's still not downloading please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing.

  • @Krnlueck I'm sorry you cannot get your Wellness report, it's working for me. 
  • I have the latest Firmware on my watch and the latest Android App. 
  • and followed @SilviaFitbit notes.
