I purchased Fitbit premium and was excited to receive my Wellness report, but it is not sending when I generate the report from the app. Does anyone know why I am not receiving this?

My account is showing as premium and I have requested the wellness report daily for 4 days. Every time I click the request button it says it's been sent to my internal download folder, but it's not showing up on my phone at all. Any ideas why this is happening?

I've hit the get report 3 4 times and it says it is my internal storage on my phone but I cannot find it

Same here, been trying to get it over the past few days but not in internal download folder nor any emails received.

I am having the same issue with not getting the report. I just ran into today and received the message about the report being in my internal downloads folder but do not know where to find that. I have a Versa 2 with the free Premium trial. Is this something that is being addressed still?

After running this report several more times it finally showed up in my files folder under downloads. Not sure why it took so many attempts but at least I finally got it!

Hi, the issue is being looked at by a"specialist team' but not heard
anything back.

I attempted to get my wellness report today. 7 hours later and still not received.

I just found my report in the notification center

Contact their online help. There's a few things to try but eventually your
case will be forwarded to a specialist team, seems to be an issue linking
the accounts.

All I do is create the Wellness report and the stages on my Android are.....

 

  • Discover
  • Health and Fitness Stats
  • Wellness Reports
  • Preview Report
  • Request my Report
  • View
  • Share
  • Select my Email address
  • Sending email message

All done in a minute even though Fitbit message that it could take 10 minutes..

 

Also.... in Notifications in the App when I tap on the Wellness Report... Check it out... The Share option is there for my email again...

I'm running into this same issue now (March 26) after upgrading to premium earlier this week. I get the notification that the wellness report is ready but it won't download.

@CharwalThere seems to be an issue.. Mine comes up with, "Something went wrong. We weren't able to generate your Wellness report. Try again later".

 

Tried again and the same error..

I got after I chose share instead of download. With the share option I was
able to email it to myself. That's the only way I've been able to get the
report. Hope this helps.

Oppo AX7 phone using android.

It says it's generated a pdf, but this is nowhere on my phone.

I then choose "share" and it says "preparing report for sharing" and just spins endlessly generating nothing.

I've just got the Charge 4 and paid to upgrade to Premium. I have been trying every one which way to get the wellness report, but nothing. Seems a dubious way to make money with a non-functioning offering.

This error is still happening for me... Twice today...

 

I can understand users getting frustrated for a Premium paid service..

I'm still the same. They fixed it so it worked once, now it won't download
again. Very poor service from Fitbit now, no reply to more info I sent them
a few weeks ago.
