Delete friend messages

Can u delete messages from friends?

Didn't work for me. I have logged out numerous times and still a message from 2018 remains and that person isn't even on my friend list anymore. I have had 2 new fitbit devices since then and the message still remains. It's ridiculous it can't be deleted.

I’m sorry this hasn’t worked for you. You would think that as advanced as Fitbit has gotten that this should no longer be a problem.

You would think since I haven’t had a Fitbit in over 4 years that I
wouldn’t be receiving these emails any more... FitBit is GARBAGE!

I couldn’t delete on my Samsung phone but now I have an IPhone and can delete messages.

Same here @anitag - I also have a Samsung, and I am able to delete old messages too. Thanks @Fitbit for making this feature available....it's been a long time coming! 😊

I couldn’t either, just got an iPhone and now I’m able to delete all messages.

So. If you delete messages on an iPhone is it reflected in the same
account if also connected to an Android phone?

Hold down friends pick for two seconds, then the option for delete message will pop up.

I have messages from July 15th that I are still sitting there and I cannot delete.  Obviously it has been over 30 days.
