Need to change cell phone providers, which means a new phone. The LG K7 is one I can afford, but FitBit's site doesn't list it as compatible. However, the FitBit sales page on AT & T's website listed the LG K7 (prepaid) as compatible. Haven't got a reply to my question from FitBit. Wondering if anyone has a K7 from Metro that can clarify for me.
Thanks! I don't want to buy a new phone only to discover that my fairly new FitBit will be no good.

Welcome to the Community @signamy. LG K7 is not a compatible mobile device, which means that your tracker won't sync with it. You can click Here to check the phones that are compatible with Fitbit. Keep in mind that if your phone is not compatible you can still syncing your tracker with a computer.
Keep the stepping up!

@signamy Well Metro PCS does have the Samsung Galaxy S6 which is a compatible device. Another thing you could try is purchasing an unlock device that will work with your carrier. For example the Moto G 2nd generation is compatible (as a far comments and the specs show it should be compatible, please do contact Metro PCS for more information). so it should sync with your tracker and it is not such an expensive device like the Samsung Galaxy S6.

@Tullamore Welcome to our Community! It is great that your wife is syncing with her LG G Stylo. Your phone isn't included in the compatible list and in this case apparently isn't letting you sync your tracker with it. Although we can't guarantee that it will work you are more than welcome to try these troubleshooting instructions.
Let me know how it goes!

@bellajr21 Welcome to our Community! @bellajr21 @signamy Our developers are always working on updating the app and features. Also I would like to clarify that our app is already working with phones that have bluetooth 4.1 (a perfect example is the Galaxy S6 that has some time in the market) so I don't think this is part of the reason why the phones you want is not listed as compatible. Remember than testing has to be done and also other factors like the OS itself (version, bluetooth library) may contribute with the delay or inability to add a device to the list.

I am having the same issue here i just got mine for Christmas and thought it should work but no so we might be leaving metro pcs if they won't accept me and my husband terms. I was so excited about having one and now I can't even use it until I get a new phone and probably a new cell phone company.

The LG K7 works with FITBIT, it just does not play nice with it. I been using it, but getting it to connect is a **ahem**.
Usually on the Phone FORCE STOP Fitbit. Then click Fitbit up...once app is up my K7 connects to my Fitbit
I think the main reason they claim it is not supported it is because it is such a pain in the buns to connect
