I finally broke the 142lb barrier that had stuck with me even during my running competitive days for a long while. Yohoo!!
It's good to feel slimmer with my shrinking waist line and even my older jeans that I couldn't fit in before now feels loose -- LOL.
Now down to 140 lb and am looking forward to dropping more of my body fat%. 🙂

I’m now back in the maintenance range, but still slightly above the level before my annual trip to the US:
My activity level (calories burned / steps) is lower than usual, but it’s kind of normal for me at this time of the year (the days are very short over here) and I’ve been focusing on weight training instead of cardio.
Body fat % is still slightly higher than before my trip, but hopefully I’ll get it back under 13% by the end of November:

@cupcake6467: the idea of this topic is that you report on a weekly basis, but what you report is up to you. Some report their weight on a given day of the week, others report a weekly average of daily weigh-ins (that’s what I do), others include snapshots of their TrendWeight account etc.

Although I’ve been telling myself that I am still cutting, I’m closing in on two months at around 160 lbs.
Steady is as steady does ...
It looks a lot more like maintenance than losing weight. 🙂
That’s not really such a bad thing this time of year. But the real “Holiday Season” challenge, for me anyway, is the next two months; especially with a Mediterranean cruise coming up the end of this month.

Yay me. Managed to lose almost 1/2 lbs on Thanksgiving week. :-).
I’ll be on a vacation cruise the next two weekly weigh-ins, so I guess we will see how my eating habits stand up to the many novel eating and drinking opportunities. I plan to enjoy myself and try new foods, but I’ll also try to remember that like Thanksgiving, I don’t need to eat everything available every meal or eat and drink all day long just because it is ‘free.’

I caught a cold and am recovering from it, so no exercise this week. Hopefully I'll be well again soon. ![]()
