I've used all the troubleshooting tips and having to reboot every day. This started last week. What happened?

My Fitbit one also has stopped syncing, I have tried all of the steps suggested to fix the problem to no avail! When I read through the replies it looks like a lot of us are having the same problem. What's up fitbit?

Yes, I've been having this problem, too. I tried the "setting up a new device" procedure and it worked, at least for today. Thank you all for the help.

Sweet! It worked thank you Scott Melrose and Arcadium for posting it! Add a new device to replace the existing one and it fixes the problem!

In the top right corner of the app is a square looks like a credit card, click that and scroll down till you find add a new device.

FIXED it!
Tried all the usual troubleshooting - close app, reboot bluetooth, reboot iphone, remove and reinstall fitbit app, ....nothing.
So I called fitbit and waited 15 minutes on hold. Guy said ALL the fitbits lost sync yesterday - not just ONE. He said we have to put in the charger and hold button until it resets it (10 seconds or more) then I waited 30 seconds then held button for a good 20 seconds and it turned on. Then I rebooted my phone for good measure and VIOLA -- got my ONE back.

I had the same problem (had my One for years and never had a problem before) and did this:
Plug your charging cable into your computer.
Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
I didn't even know you COULD restart it. Anyway, it works again for me - good luck!

I did this, and it worked and then stopped. So still not working. Any other suggestions?

Thanks so much. Had tried what Fitbit suggested but it didn't work. I thought by setting up a device (again) I would lose data. Not the case. Now it has re-synced and no data was lost!
