Best AnswerMy fitbit is only a couple of months old and this has happened to me too. Contacting customer service to see if they can help. My charge 2 was purchased as I'd had several flex over the last year and kept having problems with them not charging so was pleased when I got offered a discount of charge but now upset it's broken already.

Hi @ninja9nina, welcome to the forums!
Let me see if I understood, so you contacted our Customer Service team and they offer you a discount for your previous damage Flex and with that you purchased a Charge 2? And now its wristband is damage?
Let me know so I can continue helping you out!
Best AnswerMy strap is broken as well. The original strap broke about 2 months ago, it was replaced, now this one is broken too.
Is is there any help for this problem??

Best AnswerJust joined. I have the Charge 2 Lavender and Rose Gold and the band keeps popping off on one side. When it is attached, it had a gap where it doesn't lay flat. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the update @ninja9nina! Sounds pretty cool that you are getting back on track with a new strap for your tracker.

Best AnswerI am also the victim of my second broken strap in less than a year. I bought it at Target. Is there anything I can do to get a replacement without purchasing a new strap every 4 to 6 months?
I have the Charge 2 and the band keeps popping off on one side. When it is attached and I am not holding it down in place there is a small bubble where it doesn't lay flat. Is there anything I can do to fix this because as of late it keeps falling off when I exercise. Please advise

Hey guys @Callaghan92 and @timmy0424! I'm sorry to hear about what happened to the wristband of your Charge 2. In order for you to get further assistance, I'd like you to review your e-mail inbox.
Let me know the outcome! 😉
Best AnswerI agree. This seems to be a common problem. My partner's band also releases on one side. Maybe this is a way to sell more Charge 2's to replace lost ones.
Customer care tends to help pretty quick. Problem is that they have yet to come up with a strap that can really handle a lot of use. I just broke my 3rd strap in 18 months. I’m out of warranty now so I’m probably going to move onto a tracker with better durability, which means goodbye to Fitbit. Really unfortunate too, great people and groups on here. I wish you success! Keep on stepping!
