Charge 2 screen keeps scrolling

My charge 2 screen keeps scrolling on its own and then it suddenly stops and gets stuck on one screen and you can't change it. I press the button and nothing happens, i have rebooted the device and re installed the app numerous times and it still doesn't rectify the problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

I now have the same. Started straight after a firmware update. Curiously my original Fitbit became faulty after an update. I personally believe this cannot be a coincidence and am finished with their products

Now my fitbit got exact problem in middle of night and then keep scrolling 🤬. Did you find the resolution. Don't want to throw away the pricy band.

I gave up on Fitbit after that final incident. When so many people were getting that problem, and their solution was to offer you 25% for an upgrade, well that was the last straw for me. That had happened before with previous models. I began to wonder if they do it intentionally to profit from us buying their newer models. They should have at least tried to fix the problem , but they wouldn’t even try. I moved on.

looks, it was intentional program bug 🤔 to make your current one outdated and force you to buy new one. atleast they should have done it smartly 🤣There is really no other reason I can see to start this problem from nowhere.

I’ve had the issue of my Fitbit Charge 2 screen constantly scrolling for a couple weeks now. I checked the charge connections, did the holding down of the button to restart, used an air duster to clean around the button, in which none worked in my case. Interestingly deleting the app put a stop to it. Reinstalled the app and everything is back to normal.
