Charge 2 screen stopped working

After less than 10 months of use, my Charge 2 screen has gone blank.  Still tracks steps/HR/sleep.  Have tried restarting to no avail.  I did attempt to contact Customer Service via the chat feature, but have given up waiting after a couple hours of nothing.

This just happened to me as well. Not good.

So I’ve had my Fitbit since two Christmas’s ago and the screen just blacked out on me. I just tried to restart it but no go. Seems like it’s still doing its thing I just can’t see it ! Help!

Mine did the same. I upgraded to the #3, but will not buy another. It
appears to me that the FITBIT has a life expectancy of only 2 years.
That's how long my first 2 lasted also

Same as happened to mine and my husbands within only a few days of each other and mines had a crack appear whilst I slept. This seems to be quite common from reading other posts, it’s so annoying we have 4 of the original Hr fitbits that are useless because the straps fell off and now this with these two. At what point do you just give up with fitbit altogether which is irritating because I really love them and the app.

It seems to me that the Fitbit charge 2 is designed to give up after approx’ 2 years.
I’ll not buy another Fitbit.

My recommendation would be to look for an alternative because Fitbit are a waste of money. Of course the choice is yours. If you are happy to replace them every two years then that fine.

My charge 2 screen has also just gone blank I've tried the restart but nothing changed, is still sending data to the app.  Sorry fitbit 2 years is not good enough I'll be looking for a new brand after being a fitbit customer since 2015.

I didn’t bother with Fitbit again. I got the MI Fit 3.

Thanks for the advice, I think I will be looking at another provider
too.

For the money they don't seem to last very long.

This is a difficult thing to do. However if you go to "About Us" you will
find a "Contact us" and there you will find an email form or a way to call
them. I usually use the email option.

I tried everything but the screen is not turning ON. the green lights are blinking, the charging is okay, its vibrating, it is able to link but nothing is appearing on the screen. the screen is completely black
