After less than 10 months of use, my Charge 2 screen has gone blank. Still tracks steps/HR/sleep. Have tried restarting to no avail. I did attempt to contact Customer Service via the chat feature, but have given up waiting after a couple hours of nothing.

So I’ve had my Fitbit since two Christmas’s ago and the screen just blacked out on me. I just tried to restart it but no go. Seems like it’s still doing its thing I just can’t see it ! Help!

Same as happened to mine and my husbands within only a few days of each other and mines had a crack appear whilst I slept. This seems to be quite common from reading other posts, it’s so annoying we have 4 of the original Hr fitbits that are useless because the straps fell off and now this with these two. At what point do you just give up with fitbit altogether which is irritating because I really love them and the app.

My charge 2 screen has also just gone blank I've tried the restart but nothing changed, is still sending data to the app. Sorry fitbit 2 years is not good enough I'll be looking for a new brand after being a fitbit customer since 2015.

I tried everything but the screen is not turning ON. the green lights are blinking, the charging is okay, its vibrating, it is able to link but nothing is appearing on the screen. the screen is completely black
