I have turned off always connected and all day sync but my Charge 2 will not stop syncing. It's draining my phone battery. I do not want to have to turn off my Bluetooth and turn it back on every time I want to connect something. Please help! I only want to sync when I open the app.

@afcuddles, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 continuously syncing. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this turn off this feature. Additionally go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello @AlvaroFitbit ! I actually tried that, I reset the Charge 2 unit, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and logged back in. It still syncs all day despite having both the all day sync and always connected turned off. The only work around I have found is to manually restrict the app in my battery settings.
Apologies for the late reply!
